Respected Sir,

        With due respect, I beg to say that I am student of 2^nd Year Class Section B in this college. I was not able to pay my last month school fee timely due to reason that my father was not in the city he goes to Lahore for official work.  Now my father return to back and he paid my last month school fee but I have received a fine notice. Sir, I belong to a poor family, my expenses are already too much and my family not in condition to pay this fine.

        Kindly accept my request for cancellation of this fine notice and receive my actual fee which is amounting Rs…… I shall be very thankful to you.
